Billing, cancellation and refunds
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly plans stop at the next month, annual plans run to the end of the year, and there are no further charges.
Do you offer refunds?
There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If it is not for you, get in touch within two weeks and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
What if I change my mind part-way through an annual plan?
After the first 14 days an annual plan is non-refundable and you keep full access until it ends. If you have a genuine reason, get in touch: any goodwill refund is worked out at the standard monthly price for the months you have used, not the discounted annual rate.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout you are billed in your local currency, with any VAT or sales tax added and handled for you.
Why is annual cheaper?
Paying for the year up front saves you around 30% against paying monthly: roughly three months free.
